Purpose

To award grants to non-profit organizations, primarily in Matagorda County.
To award scholarships, from donations by individuals seeking to maximize their charitable donations and avoid capital gains taxes on appreciated property.

Continuing Projects

Museum annuity supporting its operating expenses. A variety of grants to qualifying organizations.

Other Projects

"Advise and Consult" funds created by individuals for annual charitable donations.
Memorials
Special single-purpose annuities and trust funds.
