Long Term Recovery Committee

Priority will be given to:

1. Persons on limited income who have lost personal property or permanent housing due to the disaster and is not able to compensate financially for the loss.
2. Persons who are unemployed because of disability and have little or no cash income and has sustained losses from the disaster.
3. Persons who have experienced difficulty with Federal-State programs or have used all available resources and are still experiencing financial hardship because of added expenses related to disaster.
4. Persons considered as "high risk" group such as widows, widowers, single parents, the handicapped and those already coping with a great deal of stress before the disaster.
5. Any single action which will enable more than one individual or family to find a permanent recovery from disaster-related problems.
6. Any action that will enable an individual to re-establish employment interrupted by the disaster.
